Anna-Carina Woitschack

Anna-Carina Woitschack, born on October 28, 1992 in Helmstedt, real name Anna-Carina Mross, is a German pop singer. pop singerwho became famous through her participation in the casting show Deutschland sucht den Superstar (DSDS) in 2011. There she finished in eighth place. Since then, her career has developed steadily and three of her albums have reached the top ten in the charts.

The 1.70 m tall Anna-Carina Woitschack comes from a traditional family of puppeteers who have been practicing the craft for over 300 years. Her childhood and youth were characterized by a nomadic life in a caravan, which involved frequent changes of school due to her parents’ profession. This particular way of life shaped her career and gave her a unique perspective on life.

In 2011, she took part in the eighth season of DSDS and came eighth. In June 2012, she released her first album Einzigartig and launched her musical career. Her sixth single, Ich will diesen Sommer, was particularly successful, spending over ten weeks in the German airplay charts.

In the course of her career, she also made headlines in her private life: During her time on DSDS she met Marco Lombardi, the brother of Pietro Lombardiand had a three-year relationship with him. She has been in a relationship with presenter and singer Stefan Mross since 2016. The two got engaged publicly in 2019 on the show Das Adventsfest der 100.000 Lichter and got married live on the show Schlagerlovestory in June 2020. Anna-Carina took her husband’s surname, but kept her maiden name for her artistic activities. They performed together at various TV events, including Die Passion in 2022. In November of the same year, they announced their separation.

In 2023, Woitschack celebrated another success when she was one of the winners of the RTL show Die Verräter – Vertraue Niemandem! A year later, she graced the September issue of Playboy. In spring 2025, she will take part in the 18th season of I’m a star – Get me out of here! will once again prove her versatility.
