Ina is the presenter of her late-night show <strong>\n  <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/musiknerd.org\/tv\/inas-nacht\/\" title=\"Ina's night\">&#8220;Ina&#8217;s Night&#8221;<\/a>\n  <\/span>\n<\/strong> on NDR, which has won numerous awards, including the German Television Prize, the German Comedy Prize and the Grimme Prize. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Career<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Ina M\u00fcller grew up as the fourth of five daughters in a farming family in K\u00f6hlen. After training as a pharmaceutical-technical assistant, she worked in pharmacies in Bremen-Blumenthal, Westerland on Sylt and Munich. She began her career in 1994 with the cabaret duo Queen Bee. In 2005, the duo gave their farewell performance at the Pantheon in Bonn.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Since 2002, M\u00fcller has dedicated herself to her own projects, especially in the Low German language area. Her books and songs give the Low German language and culture a creative platform. M\u00fcller can be heard regularly in the Low German series &#8220;H\u00f6r mal &#8216;n beten to&#8221; on NDR and made a guest appearance in the ARD series &#8220;Gro\u00dfstadtrevier&#8221; in 2004.  <\/p>\n\n<p>In 2004, Ina publishes another Low German paperback, &#8220;Mien Tung is keen Flokati&#8221;, and is also active as a solo singer: her first pop album is called &#8220;Das Gro\u00dfe Du&#8221;. &#8220;Die Schallplatte&#8221; contains Low German songs. Ina M\u00fcller&#8217;s fame and popularity grows and she soon switches from radio to television. The single show &#8220;Land und Liebe&#8221; becomes a crowd-puller, RTL copies the concept for &#8220;Bauer sucht Frau&#8221;. In addition to her solo appearances, she went on tour with her band from 2006 and presented projects such as <g id=\"gid_0\">&#8220;Weiblich, ledig, 40&#8221;<\/g>. She regularly writes the lyrics to her songs in collaboration with <strong>\n  <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/musiknerd.org\/kuenstler\/frank-ramond\/\" title=\"Frank Ramond\">Frank Ramond<\/a>\n  <\/span>\n<\/strong>who also writes for <strong>\n  <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/musiknerd.org\/en\/artists\/annett-louisan\/\" title=\"Annett Louisan\">Annett Louisan<\/a>\n  <\/span>\n<\/strong> and <strong>Roger Cicero<\/strong>.     <\/p>\n\n<p>Since 2007, Ina M\u00fcller has successfully hosted her late-night show &#8220;Inas Nacht&#8221; on NDR in <strong>Hamburg&#8217;s oldest sailor&#8217;s pub<\/strong> <strong>\n  <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/musiknerd.org\/zum-schellfischposten\/\" title=\"To the haddock post\">&#8220;Zum Schellfischposten&#8221;<\/a>\n  <\/span>\n<\/strong>which has won numerous awards such as the German Television Prize, the German Comedy Prize and the Grimme Prize. She has also proven her versatility in various TV formats, from cooking shows to quiz shows such as <strong>&#8220;Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?&#8221;<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>On January 12, 2011, Ina M\u00fcller was awarded <strong>honorary citizenship<\/strong> of her home town of K\u00f6hlen near Bremerhaven for her outstanding services to her home town and the Low German language. She used to play in the regional soccer league for SV Rot-Wei\u00df in the district of Cuxhaven. Her special connection to her home town and the promotion of Low German culture made the award possible.  <\/p>\n\n<p>In 2011 and 2012, Ina M\u00fcller hosted the Echo Awards for ARD, receiving two Echos in 2012. She was also a member of the expert jury at the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 and hosted the German scoring ceremony. Her varied career has been recognized with awards such as the Echo as best national <strong>\n  <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/musiknerd.org\/en\/music-genre\/pop-music\/\" title=\"Pop music\">pop<\/a>\n  <\/span>\n<\/strong>\/<strong>\n  <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/musiknerd.org\/en\/music-genre\/rock-music\/\" title=\"Rock music\">rock<\/a>\n  <\/span>\n<\/strong>-artist for the album 48 in 2014 and the award of the Paul Lincke Ring of the city of Goslar in June 2018.  <\/p>\n\n<p>In addition to her musical successes, Ina M\u00fcller became known for her television appearances and hosting. She was criticized for her presentation of the German Computer Game Award 2019, which she felt could be improved.
